Turks & Caicos Islands images and info sought

I am looking to complete the Turks & Caicos Islands chapter of The Banknote Book and would greatly appreciate it if anyone who owns any of the government-issued notes would please send me scans of same. There appear to be several unlisted date and signature varieties which I would like to properly document.

Furthermore, it's my understanding that the British Commonwealth paper money collection of Bill Pheatt of Berkley, Michigan, was sold in London by Christies on 2 October 1986. If anyone has the catalog for this auction, please send me scans of the pages concerning the Turks & Caicos Islands issues.
