Azerbaijan new 10-manat note (B403a) confirmed introduced 18.03.2019

According to a press release, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan introduced a new 10-manat note like the preceding issues (B316a), but with the bank’s new name in Azeri, and upgraded security features.
