Vanuatu new 500-vatu note (B209) confirmed introduced 27.10.2017

According to an article in the Vanuatu Daily Post, on 27 October 2017 the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu introduced a new 500-vatu polymer note (B210) that completes the new note family.
